Effective immediately, we are implementing the following policies for our healthcare office as advised by the CDC and NCDHHS in regard to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
Effective immediately, we are implementing the following policies for our healthcare office as advised by the CDC and NCDHHS in regard to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
• Employee/staff temperatures will be taken daily
• All employees/staff are to wear masks at all times while patient present in office
• Touchless temperatures will be taken for ALL patients and support members upon arrival
• It is recommended all patients and support members wear masks while in office
• Only 1 support member permitted in office to accompany patient during visit
• Our waiting room will be closed during this time
• Enhanced daily cleaning of exam room and tools
• Hands MUST be washed by all patients and support members after using restroom
